The Ark Basement Services family suffered a great loss on Wednesday April 16th. It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the unexpected passing of Fred Pent.
For years Fred played a pivotal role at Ark Basement. Not only was he our Service Manager but he was a mentor, a problem solver, the resident jokester, a drill sergeant and most importantly our dear friend. As a small family business Fred was like our family. He leaves a void that will be hard to fill.
Fred also made a lasting impression on many of our customers. He was loved by so many and will be terribly missed.
We will continue to service our customers just like Fred would want us to but as we navigate through this difficult time we ask for your patience and understanding. We also ask that you keep the Pent family in your thoughts and prayers in the coming days.
